Huawei APAC is seeking a fresh graduate for the role of Service and Software Assistant Product Engineer. You will gain hands-on experience across ICT domains, work with seasoned professionals, and help bridge customer requirements with practical solution designs.

You will participate in pre-sales activities, assist in data analysis, and contribute to project progression while developing skills in data governance, network optimization, and market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ICT or STEM-related fields such as Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Strong interest in ICT and telecommunications.
• Academic background or projects in data analytics, AI, machine learning, or big data is highly preferred.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
• Fast learner, proactive, and collaborative team player.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Eager to grow in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end service & software solution development from understanding customer pain points and business objectives.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical & commercial discussions, customer meetings, workshops, and solution demonstrations, with the ability to clearly articulate solution logic and value propositions to clients.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing technical, market, and customer intelligence to support solution planning, go-to-market strategies, and business insight development.
• Contribute to project progression from lead identification to opportunity conversion, ensuring smooth execution, cross-functional collaboration, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Support market branding activities, industry forums, and technology events, delivering presentations that promote our solutions and reinforce our market position.
• Leverage digital platforms to enhance solution visualization, support customer business monetization, and improve overall proposal effectiveness.
• Drive customer-centric solution planning and implementation focusing on customer business success to continuously strengthen product and solution competitiveness.
