Job summary

Inchcape Shipping Services in Shah Alam is seeking a Sales Manager to support the APAC leadership in growing revenue and ensuring we are paid for the work we do on our customers' behalf. You will build an understanding of our customers through industry insights, visit customers quarterly, and conduct at least 20 face-to-face meetings per month.

You will introduce Inchcape products during visits and campaigns to expand our offering.

Qualifications

• Extensive APAC knowledge and experience in port agency and marine services.
• Commercial activities and customer focus across the APAC region.
• Ability to build relationships and manage complex multi-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC leadership in growing revenue and ensuring timely payment for work.
• Learn and apply customer insights to focus on value for business.
• Visit customers at least quarterly; conduct 20 face-to-face meetings per month.
• Introduce Inchcape products during visits and campaigns to expand offerings.
• Grow the sales pipeline to at least double targets and maintain alignment across the organization.
• Negotiate terms, ensure compliant pricing, and support accounts receivable to collect fees.
