Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Senior Regional Security Manager to lead security programs across APAC. The role is hybrid or remote to meet business needs, reporting to the Chief Security Officer.

You will oversee security strategies, risk assessments, and incident response while guiding site security and travel risk management. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in security leadership and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent in security-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in security management or risk-based roles.
• Strong knowledge of security controls, investigations, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Global Security programs across APAC.
• Oversee site security including CCTV, access control, and alarms.
• Manage travel security for national and international travel and provide guidance during incidents.
• Prepare budgets for security programs and report financial risks to CSO.
• Provide training and guidance to Site Security Managers and security staff.
