Reporting into Asia Pacific Chief HR Officer, we are searching for a team member to join us as APAC Regional HR Systems and Analytics Manager.

As our APAC Regional HR Systems and Analytics Manager, you will play a key role indirectly influencing HR and business decisions across the region while also shaping a positive employee experience. You will drive efficiency and effectiveness through optimized HR technology, ensuring seamless processes for our employees, and deliver critical data-driven insights that shape our talent strategy and contribute to overall business success in APAC. This role offers the chance to directly impact how our employees interact with HR, making their experience more intuitive and efficient.

What you will be doing

1. HR Information Systems (HRIS) Management

  • SuccessFactors, TalentSoft
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS to ensure it meets the needs of the organization and regional HR teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our HRIS-related queries, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Knauf Group HR in Germany, Group IT and external vendors to ensure system functionality, upgrades, and integrations with other platforms.

2. HR Analytics and Reporting

  • Develop and deliver HR analytics dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, turnover, performance, and other key metrics.
  • Partner with country HR teams to identify data needs and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Use data to support strategic decision-making and improve HR processes across the region.

3. Employee Data Protection and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local and international data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws) across all HR systems and processes.
  • Implement and monitor data security measures to safeguard employee information.
  • Conduct regular audits and training to promote data protection awareness among HR teams.

4. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Manage the regional LMS, including training program administration, user management, and system updates.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams and internal training program owners from various departments to ensure the LMS supports training initiatives and employee development goals.
  • Monitor and report on training completion rates and learning outcomes.

5. Project Management

  • Regional lead to collaborate with Group HR-People and IT team to implement the new Global People Platform / new HRIS for Knauf Group.
  • Lead regional HR technology and analytics projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure successful delivery within scope.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and external vendors, to achieve project objectives.

6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between Knauf Group, APAC regional and country HR teams to align systems and processes with organizational goals.
  • Provide training and support to HR teams on system usage, analytics tools, and data protection practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for HR technology initiatives.

7. Driving AI Adoption in HR

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance HR processes, such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Explore AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics, sentiment analysis, and automation of repetitive HR tasks.
  • Educate and train HR teams on the use of AI tools and ensure ethical and responsible use of AI in HR practices.

What we would love for you to have

1. Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR systems management, analytics, or a related role, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
  • Proven experience managing HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and LMS tools.
  • SAP SuccessFactors knowledge and experience is a strong advantage.

2. Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR systems.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and database management is a strongadvantage.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices for employee data security.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams across multiple countries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to align HR systems and analytics with organizational goals.
  • Change management experience in driving system and process changes in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all aspects of HR data management.
