Job summary
A leading beverage company in Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee planning processes, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive adoption of global standards. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, especially in demand and supply planning, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain (S&OP) and planning required.
- Advanced skills in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Material Requirements Planning expected.
- Experience in FMCG companies is a plus.

- Manage and execute the Planning Processes for assigned OpCo.
- Lead change management activities to realize company standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage, execute, and keep maturing the Planning Processes for the assigned complex OpCo in scope: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP Process
- Lead the change management activities within assigned OpCos to realize the Heineken Standards
- Support HUB Planners with capability related improvements
- Engage senior stakeholders to drive adoption of Heineken’s Global Standards (S&OP FIT) across the organization
- Propose and follow up indicators in order to trigger actions to improve Planning results (TPM approach)
- Manage the expectations of the OpCo internal stakeholders from Planning function
- Identify and translate benchmarks in processes and practices from other OpCos in order to further enrich and innovate the Planning operations of OpCos in scope
- Lead trainings and masterclasses for the Planning teams of the OpCos in scope while promoting good practices, learning and strengthening the Planning capabilities
- Contributes to the new deployments of OpCos to the APAC Regional Planning Hub
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain (S&OP) and planning
- Advanced skills in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Material Requirements Planning
- High organizational skills, results focused, and able to prioritize
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong senior Stakeholder Management and engaging others across entities in the region
- Experience of working in a dynamic environment of global FMCG companies is a plus
- IT literacy: Excel skills and experience working in planning tools (FuturMaster) are a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
