You will own and grow selected APAC key accounts through learning consulting, solution design and disciplined project leadership, strengthening client retention, regional execution excellence and multi-country expansion across Singapore, India, China, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand and

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in L&D, talent development, or related fields.
• Experience managing corporate clients or senior stakeholders across markets.
• Background supporting regional/APAC programme roll-outs.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow APAC key accounts through learning consulting and project leadership.
• Maintain CRM updates, revenue forecasts, and contract follow-ups.
• Coordinate with clients, trainers, deployment teams and finance.
• Deliver learning journeys and prepare proposals and scopes.
• Represent APAC business in meetings and reviews.
