We have a range of exciting opportunities within our growing APAC Investment Operations team in Kuala Lumpur. We support clients across Australia and New Zealand, covering a broad range of products including equities, fixed income, managed funds, term deposits, and FX across local and international markets.

APAC Trading & Settlements Analyst

This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate settlement of trades and stock transfers placed via our FNZ Wrap Trading Platform. Confirming trade instructions with brokers and custodians, preparing cash transfer requests, and accurately processing orders to fund managers and issuers within designated timeframes.

APAC Transfers Analyst

This role is responsible for administering and processing daily transfer instructions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery so clients receive the same service as if assets were held directly. The role also involves managing settlements, investigating asset breaks, handling enquiries, and maintaining clear, auditable records in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

What are we ideally looking for in a successful candidate?

  • Previous experience in an Investment Operations role is preferable but not compulsory;
  • Familiarity with financial markets and wealth management products is preferable;
  • Confident and able to take initiative given client and delivery focused environment;
  • Independent, self directing and delivery focused working style;
  • Ability to work under pressure to multiple firm deadlines;
  • Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills;
  • A passion to be part of a high performing team;
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility;
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically intermediate to advanced excel skills;
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
