Key Responsibilities

• Technology Transformation Leadership:
  Drive the end-to-end technology transformation across the APAC region, with a strong focus on modernizing platforms and migrating from on-premises to cloud-based solutions.

• Cloud Strategy & Execution:
  Develop and execute a robust cloud migration strategy, ensuring seamless integration, operational stability, and alignment with global technology standards.

• Platform Modernization:
  Oversee the modernization of legacy platforms to deliver a future-ready, scalable, and secure architecture that meets evolving business needs.

• Regional Stakeholder Engagement:
  Collaborate with senior business leaders, regional IT teams, and vendors to align technology initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.

• Technology Innovation:
  Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation in underwriting, claims, distribution, and customer engagement.

• Governance & Compliance:

Key Qualifications

Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), containerization, microservices architectures, and DevOps practices.

• Leadership Experience:
  Demonstrated success in leading regional or global technology transformation initiatives within a matrixed environment.

• Strategic Vision:
  Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and articulate a clear roadmap for transformation.

• Stakeholder Management:
  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

• Educational Background:
