This senior leader partners with US HQ, regional teams, manufacturing, supply chain, and executive leadership to enable growth in AI, HPC, cloud infra, and advanced semiconductor technologies. The role drives global export controls, licensing, sanctions oversight, customs compliance,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
12+ years of progressive global trade compliance experience in technology or manufacturing sectors.
Experience advising leadership on export controls, licensing, sanctions, and geopolitical risk.
Experience with AI, GPUs, semiconductors, servers, or cloud infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day export compliance operations and global initiatives across Asia-Pacific.
Oversee licensing determinations, technology controls, and restricted party screening.
Collaborate with legal, finance, supply chain and manufacturing to ensure accurate trade data.
Drive continuous improvement of trade compliance systems and ERP integrations.
Lead KYC reviews and manage regulatory inquiries and audits.
