Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis activities.
• 4-6 years coordinating audits and tax compliance across multiple countries (Singapore and Malaysia).
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial data management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions and geographies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance and business stakeholders across APAC to provide financial analysis, reporting, and insights.
• Analyze results, forecasts, and KPIs to identify risks, opportunities, and drivers of performance.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for regional and global leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes.
• Coordinate annual audits and manage tax compliance across Singapore, Malaysia, and VIPT markets.
• Identify process improvements and drive standardization, efficiency, and data quality in finance operations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial information through controls and reconciliations.
