Job summary

Air Liquide Malaysia, Petaling Jaya, invites a Financial Controller to lead financial data standardization, monthly closing support, and analytics across APAC. You will map charts of accounts, prepare IRIS and OIVA CSV files, and manage Power BI dashboards.

The role provides consistent data for Flash, Forecast, and mid-term planning, collaborates with Business Controllers and shared services, analyzes margins and statements, and communicates clearly to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in finance, accounting, engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of solid financial experience with stakeholder management.
• Understanding of AL products, customers, markets and solutions.
• Strong numerical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis and Power BI, Google Suite.
• Able to simplify complex topics with clear communication.
• Strong business acumen, proactive and solution-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage finance interfaces mapping and standardize reporting tools and processes.
• Prepare IRIS and OIVA CSV files; manage Power BI dashboards.
• Provide consistent financial data for monthly Flash, Forecast, Target and strategic plan.
• After closing, analyze country results and coordinate corrections with finance shared services.
• Support CFOs with analytical reviews of financial statements and margins.
