Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven APAC Sales Manager to expand our footprint in Asia-Pacific. You will lead the sales strategy across the region, focusing on large-scale clients such as hotels and commercial businesses. This is a high-impact role requiring a strong commercial mindset, regional market knowledge, and experience selling capital equipment or solutions with a long-term value proposition.

Description

  • Drive sales growth across APAC by identifying, engaging, and closing new business with premium clients.
  • Manage and grow relationships with hotel chains, large laundry service providers, and regional distributors.
  • Develop regional business plans and go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Present ROI-based sales arguments and tailor proposals to client operational needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide pricing and positioning.
  • Work closely with HQ and coordinate with after-sales, service, and technical support teams.
  • Represent the brand at regional trade shows, client demos, and industry events.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for senior leadership.

Profile

  • Minimum 7-10 years of B2B sales experience in capital equipment, industrial machines, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of APAC markets, ideally with experience in hospitality or commercial laundry segments.
  • Proven track record of high-value solution selling and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional Asian languages are a plus.

Job Offer
