Your new company
A growing organisation with a fast-paced finance environment is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Technician to join their team. Reporting directly to the Treasury Director, this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, high-volume finance function.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the full Accounts Payable cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and supplier communications.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Entering and posting invoices with correct authorisations and coding
  
• Managing supplier records, credit notes, and reconciliations
  
• Preparing weekly and ad hoc payments via wire, ACH, and cheque
  
• Handling expense reimbursements through Nexonia and managing employee credit cards
  
• Acting as the main point of contact for supplier payment queries
  
• Supporting year-end audits and preparing ad hoc financial reports
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar AP role
  
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work under pressure with high transaction volumes
  
• Experience with BC, Nexonia, Knack, and online banking portals
  
• Bilingual and able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
