  • Assist in processing supplier invoices and employee claims in a timely and accurate manner, following internal guidelines and local requirements.
  • Support payment preparation and ensure timely execution.
  • Perform basic reconciliations and help with month-end closing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve finance-related issues.
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures and process documentation.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and support ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
