Description and Requirements
  • Product planning and management
    • Define the AP Commercial Accessories product portfolio and identify growth opportunities with KPIs aligned to business targets.
    • Plan and develop product roadmaps, managing product lifecycle from launch to end-of-life.
    • Engage with WW BU to gather feedback, customer inputs, identify product gaps, and align requests with AP priorities and business needs.
    • Coordinate regularly with Sales Specialists and local sales teams to understand market trends, check product price competitiveness, and analyze competitor products and pricing.
    • Provide guidance on product offerings and transitions to regional and extended teams.
    • Lead training initiatives by identifying needs, designing programs, and delivering training aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication between regions and WW BUs regarding product updates and requests.
  • Collaborate with the extended team to ensure accurate forecasting, supply contingency planning, and pricing/cost readiness.
  • Support sales teams with deal requests, product recommendations, and alternative solutions.
  • Manage strategic projects and address crisis situations such as quality issues.
  • Business execution
    • Develop quarterly growth guidance based on market analysis and competitive insights.
    • Align and implement business growth initiatives to increase market share.
    • Coordinate with regional teams to execute product programs and campaigns, monitoring results through regular reviews.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in a multinational company, with expertise in the PC industry and knowledge of Commercial PCs or related products.
  • Regional experience with a strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific market.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills preferred.
  • Excellent product management skills, from planning to execution.
  • Ability to prioritize strategic initiatives to support business growth.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Experience in developing business cases and executing initiatives.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines; MBA is a plus.

Language:

  • Mandarin and other local languages are advantageous.
