The AP Accountant will play a critical role in managing accounts payable processes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations within the health care manufacturing industry. Description

  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare accrual reports for employee reimbursements and corporate payments
  • Maintain organised financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address payment-related inquiries.
  • Support projects and audits to meet financial disclosure requirements

Profile

  • A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of accounting or auditing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Prior experience in MNC or overseas AP accounting is a plus
