Job summary

Inter Island Group seeks a skilled Full Stack Developer to join a global technology team delivering digital solutions for international business operations. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across Android and backend services using modern engineering practices and cloud-native technologies.

You will contribute through the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and continuous improvement, working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Android application development experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale or customer-facing digital applications.
• Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Android mobile applications.
• Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation, cloud deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor junior developers where applicable.
