Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare market intelligence including research on industry trends, detailed product comparisons, and identifying threats and opportunities on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist in preparing analysis reports for stakeholders to understand data analysis steps, enabling informed decision-making based on facts and trends.
  • Support post-launch activities for products, campaigns, or projects: conduct post-mortem and product performance analysis for reporting.
  • Stay updated on market and regulatory developments that may affect the business and compliance.
  • Evaluate and ensure continual improvement in internal controls, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare training modules and maintain the product database (e.g., brand constitution and product training presentations).
  • Assist in ad-hoc and project duties as assigned by superiors.
Education and Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
  • Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
