Job Responsibilities
- Prepare market intelligence including research on industry trends, detailed product comparisons, and identifying threats and opportunities on an ongoing basis.
- Assist in preparing analysis reports for stakeholders to understand data analysis steps, enabling informed decision-making based on facts and trends.
- Support post-launch activities for products, campaigns, or projects: conduct post-mortem and product performance analysis for reporting.
- Stay updated on market and regulatory developments that may affect the business and compliance.
- Evaluate and ensure continual improvement in internal controls, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare training modules and maintain the product database (e.g., brand constitution and product training presentations).
- Assist in ad-hoc and project duties as assigned by superiors.
Education and Qualification
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
- Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Knowledge of accounting is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer applications and committed to professional ethics.
