Job Summary

The primary objective of the Analyst is to provide day-to-day administration of Syndicated facilities for which Royal Bank of Canada is the Agent.

Job Description

Working Hours: 3PM-12AM (UK Shift)

• Support deal managers
• Establish and maintain contact information for each deal in ACBS, including names, addresses, telephone and fax numbers for credit and administrative contacts of each participant
• Maintain current credit contact information in SyndTrak for each agented deal
• Establish and maintain payment templates for each participant in ACBS or RIMMS and process manual wires using BESS and RBC Express as required
• Maintain potential lenders information in Syndtrak
• Verify administrative and payment details of other Syndicated Operations Officers
• Post and verify incoming financial reports, credit agreements, and other documents in Syndtrak
• Identify and recommend process improvements to drive efficiencies
• Update operating tool guides and checklists
• Perform clerical duties including filing and archiving
• Provide backup support for other Syndicated Operations Officers
