Services Project/Program Management Analyst

That’s a job for our Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to delivery.

What you’ll achieve

As a Services Project/Program Management Analyst, you will assist in the management of service delivery and operational support for ARS (Asset Recovery Service) service.

You will:

  1. Manage partners to deliver ARS service to customer within the required SLA which includes order dispatch, service schedule, reporting, payment, customer call back etc.
  2. Ensure the delivery of the service meets contract specifications.
  3. Support internal stakeholder for e-waste recycling programs, support large and complex project delivery and act as escalation point of delivery and operation issues.
  4. Timely review and update operation process documentation.
  5. Timely review operation metrics (CE, cycle time, open call, pending payment) and improve the operational performance.

Essential Requirements

  1. Ability to communicate clearly and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  2. Customer service skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, English and Chinese.
  4. A dedication to teamwork and leadership.
  5. Experienced in vendor management and service operational support.

Desirable Requirements

  1. Working experiences with service delivery and operation.
