Responsibilities

Personnel Data Administration (PDA)

  • Transactional backend processing performing data entry into Workday and/or SAP system for employee’s personal details.
  • Conduct data entry for Employee movements such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Time & Attendance (T&A)

  • Transactional backend processing of Employee leave and overtime data.
  • Involves working on excel sheets and data entry into Workday and/or SAP system.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Transactional backend processing of Employee basic salary, recurring allowances & one-time payment/deductions data in Workday and/or SAP system.
  • Support Employee performance management activities.

Payroll Administration

  • Execute payroll via SAP system.
  • Perform reconciliation tasks from PDA, T&A, and C&B teams to ensure that all changes are incorporated and provide accurate monthly payroll reports to our Business Groups in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • A degree in the related job field.
  • Possess 0-3 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge of Workday and SAP is advantageous.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
