How you’ll make an impact:

Quote to Cash Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end AR process, including cash application (daily receipting), collections, deductions and dispute resolution
  • Ensure timely and accurate application of customer payments against outstanding invoices
  • Oversee the collection process, from sending reminders to customers with overdue balances to making direct contact for resolution and ensuring collections targets are met.
  • Review AR aging reports to identify overdue accounts and take action to mitigate risk of bad debts
  • Perform credit analysis to assess customer creditworthiness and support sales and business growth decisions
  • Manage sales order releases by monitoring accounts with outstanding invoices that exceed established credit limits.

Record to report Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting activities and ensure accuracy and compliance. Perform detailed analysis of account balances to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and statutory adjustments as part of the overall accounting close process; establish rationale and justification for required adjustments to ensure critical reserves and accruals are appropriately stated.
  • Identify accounting system deficiencies, recommend process improvements to provide timely, accurate and useful information to ensure accurate financial reporting and partner with systems group to drive required changes.
  • Prepare fluctuation analysis for quarterly and annual audits for the purpose of presenting rationale and closing open issues and closing open issues with external auditors; ensure all SOX key controls are appropriately completed within area of responsibility; establish audit worthy evidence and documentation to ensure no significant audit deficiencies are identified by internal or external auditors.
  • Perform daily accounting responsibilities for assigned entities and/ or business lines
  • Maintain and update desk procedure documentation as processes change for efficiency
  • Assist in projects that support the overall objectives of the department
  • Incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration , 3 years of previous experience required
  • Master's Degree or equivalent, 1 year of previous experience required
  • Good computer skills in MS Office Suite including Excel required; integrated systems (e.g., JDE)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship, and negotiation skills
  • Business level in English & Korean language proficiency is required
