Job summary

Dell Technologies in Bayan Lepas, Penang invites fresh graduates to join the Financial Analysis team as a Financial Analyst (Finance Development Program). This 2-year rotational program provides exposure to planning support, financial models and performance analysis across business units.

You will collaborate with account teams, complete MBA-type coursework, exams and case studies, and receive mentoring, networking and development opportunities while contributing to decisions on cost control,

• Fresh graduates in Business or Finance studies with minimum CGPA of 3.4 or equivalent and above.
• A desire for a career in Finance.
