Job Summary:

The Facilities Executive will be responsible for overseeing office services, maintenance and repairs, office amenities supply and inventory, as well as ensuring office safety and health standards are met. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive and safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Services:

  • Manage and coordinate office services to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related services.

Maintenance & Repairs:

  • Conduct regular inspections of office facilities to identify maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate and supervise repair and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all office equipment and facilities are in good working condition.

Office Amenities Supply & Inventory:

  • Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies and amenities.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of office supplies to avoid shortages.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and usage.

Office Safety & Health:

  • Implement and monitor office safety and health policies.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and drills.
  • Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards.
  • Address any safety concerns or hazards promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires working on-site.
  • The Facilities Executive may need to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.
  • Subsequent to work on weekends due to ad-hoc requests.
