Energy Vault seeks an Analyst - Environmental Health and Safety to educate the workforce on safety and environmental regulations. The role involves developing training programs, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have an Associate’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in health and safety, preferably in the mining or manufacturing industry. Strong skills in data analysis and communication are essential.
As the Analyst - Environmental Health and Safety you will outline and implement training programs to educate and inform workforce on work safety, environmental safety, and accident prevention regulations and procedures. You will develop and distribute educational materials including videos, guides, and posters. You will track and document accidents to understand causes and recommend changes to prevent future accidents. You will perform inspections and audits of facilities, equipment and processes recommending corrections or additional precautions to ensure compliance to established regulations. You may participate in the training of workplace safety officers. You will have a broad and current knowledge of all government and applicable industry safety regulations.
