Their Malaysia processing centre supports 10 countries across three time zones, employing a Global Operating Model to maximize efficiencies and support a 24/5 operational capability. The objectives include enhancing scalability, improving service quality, and standardizing processes globally.

What will you do?

• Review electronic and audio communications surveillance alerts to monitor for market abuse risks and breaches of policies and regulations, mainly related to financial/securities misconduct.
• Enhance and assess the efficiency of RBC’s electronic and audio communications surveillance monitoring functions, and report findings to management.
• Assist with compliance investigations and other projects as needed.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• MBA/University Degree and/or relevant professional training.
• 4-6 years of related experience.
• Experience in Compliance, Capital Markets, Wealth Management Compliance, trading, or finance degree.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with IT systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
