Job Summary:

Execute collection and cash applications activities efficiently and effectively in compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure collection of missed or outstanding payments from clients is minimized.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the cash collection of a designated customer portfolio and resolve billing disputes fairly and promptly.
  2. Review and reconcile all payments received daily.
  3. Manage portfolio of receivable accounts to ensure aged balances remain within set targets.
  4. Update bad debts provision, analyze debts, and monitor account performance.
  5. Prepare account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  6. Generate scheduled and ad hoc financial analysis reports.
  7. Adhere to service levels, policies, and procedures.
  8. Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure effective solutions.
  10. Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary information.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within SSC for monthly closing activities.
Job Requirements
