Standard Chartered is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional in Kuala Lumpur to support procurement and invoice processes within a banking operations team. You will update inventory records, reconcile invoices, and prepare accruals while ensuring BAU services stay uninterrupted.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in banking, accounting/Business preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services or related industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory updates and initiate purchase order requests.
  • Reconciliation of invoices against inventory database.
  • Preparation and submission of invoices for approval and payment.
  • Preparation of month end accruals and accruals aging report.
  • Follow up on PO approvals and invoice payments status.
  • Manage stakeholder requests and queries.
  • Ensure no break in BAU services and processes.

Job description

Qualifications & Experiences
