Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Analyst, Account Management to support our client engagement and business growth efforts in Malaysia. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles who are passionate about delivering value and building strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Support the development and maintenance of trusted relationships with clients, understanding their goals and aligning Mastercard's solutions to meet their needs.
• Account Management: Assist in managing day-to-day account activities, ensuring timely responses, smooth operations, and high client satisfaction.
• Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to grow account revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic initiatives.
• Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies that drive client success and Mastercard's business objectives.
• Negotiation & Presentation: Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and proposals; support contract discussions with a win-win mindset.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and market dynamics to support strategic planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across product, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.
• Financial Literacy: Use financial data and performance metrics to support decision-making and reporting.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, or client services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a good understanding of financial concepts.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience in the payments, fintech, or financial services industry is an advantage.
• A collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented mindset.
