(AMU) SENIOR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

• Manage and maintenance all IT equipment (PC, Projector, Network and Internet Connection)
• IT support for Teaching and Learning , Administration, Operations
• Take care all CCTV and Access Security (Access Card, Access Door, Faulty CCTV)
• Control All Electronic equipment ( Audio Visual and lighting at SRC, PABX / Intercom Telephone, Recording Studio)
• Admin for IT Access and Thumb Print (Email create, reset, system access, and user support)

Responsibilities

• Setup workstations with computer and necessary device (Login, Printer Access, Wifi Connection)
• Install and configure appropriate soft ware and functions according to specifications
• Develop and maintain local network in ways that optimize Performance
• Ensure ad privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolved problem (Repair, replace parts, debugging)
• Support users online and physical
• Manage user Email, Systems, Access Door, Security access.
• Take care CCTV and PABX/ Telephone
• Manage Audio Visual and multimedia
• Responsible liaise with vendor for any project.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Have at least 4 years of solid related working experience;
• Have good knowledge and experience in Office, Electronic, networking, cabling, wiring, electrical, audio visual, CCTV Basic Video editing and live broadcast (OBS, Vmix)
• Proactive, people-oriented, and goal-driven.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
