Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan RecruitFirst Sdn Bhd is seeking an AML Operation Support on a 6 months contract in Kuala Lumpur. You will conduct screening and assessment of customer, policy, and transaction records, and monitor alerts from AML platforms.

Responsibilities include reviewing cases for approvals or rejections, escalating high‑risk items, and ensuring case assessments are completed within SLAs. Prior AML/KYC or financial services experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of AML/KYC or related experience.
• Experience in banking, insurance or financial services.
• Familiarity with AML monitoring and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess customer, policy, and transaction records.
• Monitor alerts from AML and sanctions screening platforms.
• Review cases and determine approval or rejection outcomes.
• Escalate high-risk or exceptional cases to stakeholders.
• Ensure all case assessments meet SLAs.
