Your new company
This FinTech company is a household name and is seeking an innovative Total Rewards Manager to join its rapidly growing business. This company has a digital wallet and online payment platform. Due to market expansion, a high-performing Total Rewards Manager is needed to design salary structures and strategize Compensation & Benefits schemes.
Your new role
You will report to the Senior Manager of Total Rewards and work closely with the company's CEO, CHRO, and Commercial Business Unit. As a Total Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for both operational and strategic Compensation & Benefits exercises. You will also be expected to design the company's salary structure and implement a Sales Commission Scheme.
