Company Overview:
Join a certified aircraft maintenance organisation based in Johor, supporting commercial and private aircraft. The team operates under Part 145 approval with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technician development.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Aircraft Maintenance Technician to assist Lead Technicians and Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAME) in carrying out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to grow within a regulated aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Lead Technicians and LAMEs in routine aircraft handling and defect rectification

Support in performing base and line maintenance checks in accordance with approved procedures

Ensure proper use of tools and maintain cleanliness of the work area, including tools and vehicles

Conduct tool and part verification to ensure nothing is left inside the aircraft after maintenance

Ensure all access panels are reinstalled properly post-maintenance

Promptly report any issues, safety concerns, or irregularities to the supervisor

Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or Engineering from a recognised institution

Basic knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance tasks

Minimum 1–2 years of experience (including completed On-the-Job Training cycle)

Completion of mandatory aviation training, including:

AMO Part 145

Safety Management System (SMS)

Human Factors
