They are currently seeking an AM Sales to oversee the sales strategy, performance, and growth of air conditioning products for the Johor market.
Job Description
Drive sales of residential air conditioning units across the Johor region, focusing on both new housing projects and end-user markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with house developers, renovation contractors, interior designers, and retail dealers.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the residential segment.
Provide product recommendations and basic technical guidance to customers, ensuring the right solutions are offered based on home size, layout, and cooling needs.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive and adjust strategies as needed.
Attend product training sessions, exhibitions, and promotional roadshows to support brand visibility and customer engagement.
Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular sales performance updates to the management team.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
The Successful Applicant
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in the air conditioning or HVAC industry, preferably in residential markets.
Industry Knowledge: Familiar with residential air conditioning systems (wall-mounted, inverter units, etc.) and basic technical understanding of installation requirements.
Market Coverage: Good knowledge of the Johor residential market, including developers, contractors, and dealer networks.
Sales Skills: Strong in customer engagement, negotiation, and closing sales. Experience in both B2B (developers, ID firms) and B2C (end-users) is an advantage.
Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to present products confidently and clearly to clients.
Languages: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus (especially useful for dealer or developer engagement).
