A leading company in Johor Bahru seeks an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to perform installation and maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that HVAC systems are operational, troubleshooting breakdowns, and reporting maintenance activities. Candidates should have a solid background in HVAC and relevant experience in the field.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as Air Conditioning Technician.
• Valid Malaysian driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure equipment is operational.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns swiftly.
• Report on maintenance performance and targets.

Job description

Perform maintenance tasks to ensure that all equipment are in good condition and downtime is minimal.

Key Responsibility

• Knowledge / experience in HVAC / Air-conditioning & Electrical is a must.
• Perform tasks according to schedule, procedure and standards.
• Monitor the condition of equipment during operation.
• Respond to equipment breakdown immediately and resolve the situation.
• Report maintenance performance in achieving targets as well as maintenance activity.
• Liaise with relevant personnel from related departments for matters affecting maintenance tasks.
• Uphold company and department regulations and ensure compliance.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Perform Installation for all types of residential & commercial aircon systems
• Perform servicing and chemical overhaul
• Perform trouble shooting, repair and general maintenance
• At least 3 years experience in this field
• Advantage With driving license or GDL
