Key responsibilities

Reporting to theAir Product Manager, SEA, you’ll play a key role in managing pricing and trade lane strategies to optimize revenue and profitability across the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing global pricing and trade lane strategies tailored to SEA markets.

  • Driving volume, revenue, and gross profit growth across key airfreight trade lanes.

  • Setting and maintaining Country Minimum Selling Rates (MSRs) and managing rate visibility via MAPs SharePoint.

  • Supporting local Tender Management teams with pricing insights for RFI/RFP/RFQ processes.

  • Managing spot rate requests and collaborating with Pricing Management across SEA stations.

  • Validating MSRs from overseas stations and handling collect requests from Maersk offices globally.

  • Partnering with Station Managers and Product Development to align on objectives and action plans.

  • Acting as the key liaison between the Air Freight Product and Sales teams on rate-related matters.

  • Providing pricing benchmarks and insights to support Country Procurement teams.

  • Engaging in regular calls and meetings with target countries to align on strategy and execution.

We’re looking for

  • 5–8 years of experience in airfreight pricing, procurement, or related logistics services.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate matrix organizations.

  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); Power BI skills are a strong plus.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
