In Malaysia, we host a global business and technology center in Kuala Lumpur that provides high-level information technology and engineering expertise to ExxonMobil’s Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses worldwide. In the upstream, we have interests in two Production Sharing Contracts with PETRONAS, while in the Product Solutions business, we supply a portfolio of specialty chemical products to the marketplace.
This role is expected to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (operations, SHE, projects) & external parties (vendors, consultants) and assist in developing less experienced engineers through knowledge sharing & peer coaching. The Air Emissions Engineer - Advanced will begin demonstrating leadership behaviors, including facilitating less‑complex technical efforts, influencing peers, and contributing to technical decisions. The Air Emissions Engineer - Advanced engineer has regional impact, supports multiple assets, and begins contributing beyond site‑level issues. The role represents the transition from a developing engineer to an emerging technical leader, while receiving guidance from the Air Emissions Engineer - Expert.
