About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Trainer to join our Voice Project team for a part-time remote position. As the AI Trainer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our Chinese-language voice AI system. What you’ll be doing

Collecting, curating, and annotating high-quality audio samples to train and improve our Chinese-language voice AI models

Providing feedback and insights to our engineering team to enhance the accuracy and naturalness of the AI voice output

Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the AI models align with educational and pedagogical best practices

Conducting quality assurance tests and validating the performance of the AI voice system

Documenting processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of our training workflows

What we’re looking for

Fluency in the Chinese language, with excellent speaking and pronunciation skills
