Job summary

EER Digital Sdn Bhd is expanding its AI infrastructure in Klang Valley, Selangor and seeks fresh graduates as AI Systems Support & Quality Assurance Engineer. You will join a high-density AI environment with structured onboarding and hands-on training.

You will evaluate LLM outputs, monitor GPU servers, and assist with hardware diagnostics while learning both software AI evaluation and physical infrastructure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in Computer Engineering, CS, IT or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; structured onboarding and training provided.
• Basic Linux/Unix, Python, or networking knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Eager to learn AI evaluation and data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and benchmark LLM outputs, test prompts, apply RLHF scoring.
• Monitor GPU servers, cooling, power usage, and cluster performance.
• Assist with basic hardware diagnostics and site maintenance.

AI Systems Support & Quality Assurance Engineer

EER Digital Sdn Bhd is expanding its high-density AI infrastructure and sovereign AI model operations in Klang Valley, Selangor. We are looking for motivated fresh graduates or entry-level talent to join us as an AI Systems Support & Quality Assurance Engineer. Full structured training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and benchmark LLM outputs, conduct prompt testing, perform RLHF scoring, and verify language/cultural context accuracy (Bahasa Melayu & English)
• Monitor facility dashboards for GPU server health, liquid cooling temperatures, power utilization (PUE), and cluster performance
• Assist with basic hardware diagnostics, server log reviews, network cabling checks, and site maintenance procedures

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
• Open to Fresh Graduates (structured onboarding and technical training will be provided)
• Basic familiarity with Linux/Unix commands, Python, or basic networking concepts is an added advantage
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and eagerness to learn both software AI evaluation and physical infrastructure operations
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Comprehensive 6-week structured upskilling program (AI QA, LLM evaluation, and Data Center operations)
• Clear career progression path into AI Operations or Infrastructure Engineering
