Job summary

Premier Plus Property Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior AI Transformation Specialist who is passionate about AI, technology and business improvement.

You will work closely with management and different departments to identify opportunities where AI can improve the way we work and automate daily tasks across teams.

No advanced programming is required; the candidate should be curious, creative, tech-savvy and eager to explore AI tools, develop prompts and workflows, and measure impact on productivity.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in AI, IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business, Multimedia or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technology.
• Familiar with ChatGPT or other AI tools.
• Creative and willing to experiment with different AI solutions.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fast learner with a "How can we improve this?" mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Canva, CapCut or automation tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify daily tasks and processes that can be improved or assisted by AI.
• Introduce and implement suitable AI tools across departments.
• Create AI-assisted workflows for Sales, Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Administration and Operations.
• Develop AI prompts, templates and workflows for staff use.
• Assist in automating repetitive tasks and reducing manual work.
• Develop AI-assisted systems for content creation, reporting, data organisation, recruitment and customer communication.
• Help staff learn and adopt AI in daily work.
• Research new AI tools and identify value for the company.
• Test new AI solutions and measure productivity improvements.
