We’re looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of AI, UX, and engineering—someone who can bridge design thinking, backend systems, and no-code/low-code tools to bring powerful, user-friendly AI products to life.

What You’ll Do

• Shape UX & Research: Partner with designers to turn user needs into clear flows, prototypes, and delightful AI experiences. Test, iterate, and document so everything feels seamless.
• Support Product Engineering: Troubleshoot issues, integrate AI models, and optimize performance within our systems.
• Build Backend Systems: Write clean, maintainable backend code and collaborate with engineers on scalable AI-driven software.
• Learn & Grow: Sharpen your fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns through active participation in reviews and discussions.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with data scientists, researchers, and UX designers to ensure AI features feel both smart and intuitive.

Document & Deliver: Keep development, integrations, and research outcomes organized and transparent. Contribute actively in sprints and team discussions.

• Develop AI Agents: Help design and orchestrate AI agents to automate tasks, build decision logic, and enhance user experiences.
• Use No-Code Tools: Leverage platforms like n8n, Flowise, and Botpress to prototype workflows and chatbots quickly—without sacrificing quality.

What We’re Looking For
