Qualifications

Support the adoption and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Digital Power business. Use AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Assistants to improve solution preparation, document creation, knowledge management, data analysis, and daily work efficiency. Configure and promote AI tools, support business process improvement, provide user training, and work with different teams to explore AI application opportunities.

1. AI Application Skills

Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini, or similar applications.

Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering and the ability to create effective prompts for different tasks.

Able to configure and use AI Assistants, AI Agents, or simple AI workflows.

Familiar with AI knowledge base applications is an advantage.

2. AI Platform Configuration

Familiar with the basic setup and configuration of enterprise AI platforms or AI office tools.

Able to configure AI assistants, knowledge bases, workflows, and user access settings.

Basic understanding of AI security, data privacy, and compliance requirements.

Basic understanding of Digital Power solutions, including PV, ESS, PCS, BMS, and EMS.

Familiar with Digital Power business processes and able to identify suitable AI application opportunities.

4. Data Analysis

Able to use Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.

Able to use AI tools to summarize information, analyze data, and prepare reports.

5. Documentation & Knowledge Management

Able to use AI tools to improve the efficiency of preparing documents, proposals, reports, and meeting minutes.

Support the maintenance of business knowledge bases and information sharing.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work with different departments to support AI adoption.

Able to provide basic user training and share AI best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Familiarity with AI applications and Large Language Models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, or similar AI tools.
