You’ll play a critical role in maintaining response accuracy, refining model behavior, and improving user experience through prompt quality checks, issue resolution, and AI optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Monitoring: Evaluate daily chatbot responses based on accuracy, relevance, and tone
