Job summary

Experian is seeking an AI Product Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to bridge product thinking, software engineering, and applied AI. You will prototype, build, test, and improve AI-enabled applications across frontend, backend, APIs, automation, and AI model integration.

You will work with product, engineering and business teams to validate new AI-driven experiences, ensure reliability, and iterate based on user feedback and business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering and applied AI.
• Experience building AI-powered applications, chatbots, or intelligent workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, .NET, and modern frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve AI-powered product features including chatbots and workflows.
• Translate requirements into reusable software components for scalable delivery.
• Integrate AI models, APIs and backend services into product workflows.
• Conduct backend API testing and automate key product workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical solutions.
