We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Software Architect and Strategy Lead to design and lead scalable, reliable, and secure software systems that integrate AI/ML capabilities and drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will spearhead AI transformation efforts, generate AI roadmaps, and develop AI-powered business models while leading a team of experts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect and design software systems that integrate AI/ML capabilities and support digital transformation.
2. Lead AI transformation efforts by integrating machine learning, deep learning, and automation into enterprise applications.
3. Generate AI roadmaps aligned with business vision, goals, and initiatives.
4. Develop AI platform/products architecture, design, implementation, and AI infrastructure.
5. Lead AI automation (pipeline) projects and ensure data excellence across the organization.
6. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and project managers to deploy AI-driven applications and solutions.
7. Evaluate and select AI and digital technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with the organization's strategic goals.
8. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance best practices in AI and digital software development.
9. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
10. Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, cloud computing, DevOps, and enterprise architecture.
11. Coach and mentor the team, define best AI/ML practices, and oversee model training and optimization.
12. Build and deploy end-to-end ML models to support predictions, recommendations, search, and growth strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, AI, or equivalent; PhD preferred.
2. 10+ years of experience in web-based enterprise software development.
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing AI/ML-driven applications.
4. Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or Hugging Face.
5. Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and real-time analytics.
6. Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
8. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
9. Highly knowledgeable and passionate about the latest AI/ML trends and technologies.
10. Experience in building AI/ML-based products and platforms and managing teams to deliver results under fast-paced timelines.
11. Any certification in cloud, AI, or PMP is an added advantage.
