We are looking for an AI/ML Senior Software Engineer to be based in Malaysia, working in a hybrid arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with product managers and stakeholders to define AI and machine learning objectives, requirements, and timelines.
2. Design, develop, and implement AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve complex business challenges.
3. Oversee the full AI model lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
4. Optimize and maintain AI-driven systems for scalability, security, and efficiency.
5. Apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.
6. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning, incorporating best practices into projects.
7. Conduct research to explore and integrate cutting-edge AI techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, or Data Scientist.
3. Proficiency in AI and ML frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
4. Strong expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
5. Experience in deploying and optimizing AI models in a production environment.
6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.
7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Must be a Malaysian citizen.
9. Must be open to a hybrid work arrangement in Malaysia.
