Cryocord Sdn Bhd is building the AI Projects Lab to create end-to-end platforms and automation for CryoCord Group. You will ship real solutions in your first quarter and see direct impact as a colleague uses your work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS, SE, IT, Data Science or related field; equivalent capability accepted.
• 0–2 years experience; fresh grads encouraged; internships or personal projects with real users count.
• Ability to build and ship an end-to-end application; practical use of AI tooling in work already delivered.
• Critically evaluates AI output and makes technical/product decisions independently.
• Learns quickly and communicates clearly with stakeholders.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Translate loosely defined business problems into scoped, working systems with direct stakeholder input.
• Apply AI development tooling as a core part of the engineering workflow; ensure correctness, security and maintainability of code.
• Review AI-generated code and maintain architectural coherence as systems grow.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain delivered systems in production.
• Document technical decisions to enable handover to another engineer.
• Comply with data protection and PDPA requirements affecting patient and client data.
• This position has a one-month trial contract, followed by a 12-month contract if performance is satisfactory.

Job description

The AI Projects Lab builds the internal platforms, agents and automation that CryoCord Group runs on. You will build systems end to end, the interface someone uses, the services behind it, and the AI layer that makes them useful. You will ship something real in your first quarter and watch a colleague use it, and you will be handed problems rather than specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Translates loosely defined business problems into scoped, working systems, engaging directly with the requesting department.
• Applies AI development tooling as a primary part of the engineering workflow, and remains accountable for the correctness, security and maintainability of all resulting code.
• Reviews AI-generated code and maintains architectural coherence as systems grow.
• Deploys, monitors and maintains delivered systems in production.
• Documents technical decisions to a standard permitting handover to another engineer.
• Works within the Group's data protection and regulatory obligations, including PDPA requirements applicable to patient and client data.
• This position will have a one-month trial contract. Candidates who demonstrate satisfactory performance during the trial period will be offered a 12-month contract thereafter.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science or related discipline. Equivalent demonstrated capability may be accepted in place of the formal qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship, freelance or personal project work that reached real users will be considered as relevant experience.
• Able to build and ship a working application end to end. Gaps across the stack are acceptable; the rate at which the candidate closes them is what matters. Practical, demonstrated use of AI development tooling in work already delivered.
• Critically evaluates AI output, makes sound technical and product decisions, and define scope independently.
• Learns quickly and communicates clearly with all stakeholders.
