Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore seeks an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions across insurance domains. You will define AI architecture strategy, drive Generative AI adoption, and build scalable AI platforms supporting underwriting, claims, and customer service.

The role requires deep technical expertise in AI/ML, cloud architecture, data platforms, and software engineering, plus strong understanding of insurance processes and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Strong experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience building scalable APIs and AI services.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, data engineering, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with vector databases, semantic search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems.

Responsibilities
