Job summary

The Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and scale enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions. You will work across the AI development lifecycle using Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, LangChain, Azure, SQL, and Docker.

You will develop multi-agent workflows, RAG solutions, secure APIs, and robust data integrations, while ensuring governance, observability, and responsible AI practices in production environments.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–7 years of experience in software/data/cloud/AI engineering or related areas.
• At least 2–3 years delivering GenAI, RAG, or Agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise Agentic AI applications using LangGraph, LangChain, FastAPI, and Azure.
• Develop multi-agent workflows including agent orchestration, routing, tool use, memory, validation, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions integrating enterprise data, documents, knowledge bases, metadata, and vector search.
• Develop secure and scalable APIs using FastAPI and integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms.
• Write and optimize complex SQL for data retrieval, analytical reasoning, validation, and AI-generated queries.
• Deploy and manage containerized AI applications on Azure, including Azure App Service.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support testing, deployment, versioning, and environment promotion.
• Define and implement AI/LLM evaluation frameworks, covering accuracy, groundedness, hallucination, relevance, and cost.
• Implement LLM observability and tracing using Langfuse, MLflow, or equivalent platforms.
• Apply Responsible AI, safety guardrails, and production governance when developing and deploying AI solutions.
• Develop or prototype user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and AI-enabled development tools.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, agent patterns, and platform capabilities.

What You’ll Do

The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, building, deploying, and scaling enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on developing multi‑agent applications, RAG solutions, enterprise data integrations, APIs, and production‑ready AI capabilities.

The role will work across the AI development lifecycle—from architecture and prototyping through evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement—using technologies such as Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, LangChain, Azure, SQL, and Docker.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise Agentic AI applications using LangGraph, LangChain, FastAPI, and Azure.
• Develop multi‑agent workflows, including agent orchestration, routing, tool use, memory, validation, and human‑in‑the‑loop processes.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions integrating enterprise data, documents, knowledge bases, metadata, and vector search.
• Develop secure and scalable APIs using FastAPI and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms.

• Develop or rapidly prototype user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and AI‑enabled development tools.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, agent patterns, and platform capabilities.

Non‑Negotiable Technical Skills

• Strong practical experience with LangGraph & LangChain.
• Hands‑on experience building RAG, multi‑agent, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Demonstrable experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions, experimenting or conducting POCs.
• Practical experience with Azure Cloud and Azure App Service.
• Very strong SQL, including complex queries and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of Docker/containerization and production deployment.
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience defining and implementing AI/LLM evaluation metrics.
• Experience with LLM observability, such as Langfuse, MLflow, or equivalent tools.
• Experience implementing Responsible AI, safety guardrails, and production governance.
• Ability to develop or prototype modern frontends using AI‑enabled development tools.

What You Bring

• Approximately 5–7 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, cloud engineering, AI engineering, or related areas.
• At least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience delivering GenAI, RAG, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Proven experience taking AI applications from prototype/POC through to secure production deployment.
• Strong software engineering and cloud deployment capabilities.
• Strong technical leadership and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Able to communicate effectively and work with both technical and business stakeholders
