The Opportunity
We are looking for AI Engineer to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions within the card payment industry. This role requires experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), Model Fine-Tuning, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), predictive analytics, machine learning, deep learning, analytics and related tools. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in AI agent development, predictive analytics and optimizing prediction output performances/evaluations to create impactful and innovative AI-driven solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
o Explore, develop, deploy, optimize and automate AI solutions to enhance enterprise productivity
o Work within a team of AI developers, product developers and data engineers to deliver end-to-end AI projects, from concept to production.
o Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and innovation.
o Utilize Large Language Models (Llama, DeepSeek, GPT, BERT, Claude, Gemini) and Generative AI for advanced NLP tasks, conversational AI, and automation.
o Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance knowledge management, customer support, and decision-making processes.
o Explore and implement state-of-the-art AI frameworks to address business challenges.
o Implement scalable AI, ensuring efficient resource utilization and performance optimization.
o Deploy AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
o Implement AI APIs and microservices for seamless integration into enterprise applications.
o Ensure AI infrastructure aligns with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, GDPR).
o Develop process automation, intelligent customer support, and proactive fraud monitoring.
o Utilize frameworks like LangChain and AI orchestration platforms to streamline agent development and deployment.
o Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI agents for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
· Technology & Innovation:
o Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, NLP, LLM, Generative AI and automation.
o Develop and deploy AI tools and platforms that enhance business processes.
o Experiment with low-rank adaptation (LoRA), quantization, and distillation to optimize model efficiency.
o Implement AI-powered chatbots, summarization, and text generation solutions.
o Implement anomaly detection, predictive and prescriptive analytics
What are we looking for

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development, with a focus on LLMs, Gen AI, and RAG.
· Proficiency in AI tools and frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector databases (Milvus, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), Dify, RAGFlow.
· Experience in developing and deploying AI agents for automation and customer engagement.
· Experiment with model fine-tuning, Unsloth, SFT and ORPO
· Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
· Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the payments industry (PCI-DSS, GDPR) will be an added advantage.
